NZ Herald names us NZ's Fastest ISP

If you are having trouble getting through to us on the phone today please be patient, we have been totally inundated with calls following the NZ Herald naming us New Zealand's fastest ISP. We are totally stoked to have come out on top of this real world speed test survey of over 12,000 subscribers.
The survey showed us coming out well on top, with an average download speed across NZ of 5.2Mbps. In Auckland we were even faster, clocking in at an average of 6.1Mbps.
We are also pleased to see that our customers rated us with significantly better levels of customer service than our competitors. We will continue to work extremely hard to deliver even better service.
The survey was run by the NZ Herald in conjunction with broadband monitoring company Epitiro, and used a desktop software agent (called isposure) that users installed on their computer to report the results.
