We have been hard at work in the last couple of months developing a new easier to read account balance email. The first batch of these new emails will be on their way to Orcon customer inboxes starting this evening. Read on to find out what to expect.

Here is an example of one of the new look account balance emails:

Running through the sections top to bottom:

Your Invoice at a Glance

This is a summary of the charges and credits that appear on your current invoice. This includes your base plan price, any additional services you might have, as well as any calling charges or excess usage charges. You can also see that 'Additional Calls' is a link that if clicked will take you through to your detailed call summary in the 'My Orcon' section of the website.

Recent Activity at a Glance

This is a summary of all the recent charges and payments on your account. Here you will be able to see any outstanding balances from previous periods.

Total You Owe

This is the sum of this invoice's charges, plus any outstanding balance there might be from previous invoices.

Other Useful Information

You can see other useful information about your account summarised in the right hand column, along with our contact details should you want to get in touch. Note that clicking on your invoice number will take you through to the 'My Orcon' section of our website where you can download a full copy of this month's invoice.

Other Changes

We are no longer going to attach the PDF of your complete invoice, however it will still be available for you to download online in the 'My Orcon' section of our website.

We hope that you find the new format easier to read and understand. If you do have feedback on it we would love to hear from you. Drop us an email on to let us know.
